And now we come to the time of year where I fling the doors open, put it all out there and hope against hope that every single painting I have in my studio right now will live its best life on the walls of a happy home (i.e. yours!). It is the one and only Annual Studio Sale.

"Franconia Ridge Trail," a 10 by 10 inch oil on panel painting of the trail up Mount Lafayette in New Hampshire's White Mountains, in a sleek maple float frame.

This year's sale runs through December 18th, and is full of absolutely new work, special offers, freebies, handmade gift tags, and lots of little extra things to try to add just a little sparkle to a less-than-sparkly year.

Let's get straight to it, shall we?

Take 25% off all Paintings with code: STUDIO2020. This applies to all original oil and watercolor work in the Paintings section of the site. The discount cannot be used on work currently marked as hanging in a gallery (Cassidy Gallery, WREN, Bryan Memorial Gallery or the NH Art Association), or combined with other coupon codes in the same order.

Take 15% off all Prints with code: PRINTS15. This applies to everything in the Prints section of the site. These are custom printed by an outside vendor and ship separately from other items. If you have Prints matted or framed it takes a few extra days. This discount also can't be combined with other codes, but feel free to make a new order just for them!

Maps & Doodles are all Buy One, Get One Free. The ever-popular mountain goat doodles, tiny trail maps and other fun are all part of this one. The discount applies automatically at checkout on any items from the Maps & Doodles section of the site. Treat yourself and give one as a fun stocking stuffer.

Free Greeting Cards. A handful of winter-themed Greeting Cards will be tucked in the box on any orders of $50 or over. Lots of other cards have been steeply marked down for the sale, so check out that section while you're here. Greeting cards: for all the things you want to say, but not over Zoom!

Handmade Gift Tags. Every original painting purchased will arrive with a handmade gift tag for you to fill out. Give a gorgeous painting to a friend or loved one, or make the tag out to yourself (I won't tell).

Phew! That's all of it! I hope it helps make the gift-giving season merry and bright for you. As usual, shipping is free to the lower 48 US States. I try my best to ship things out promptly - the post office is only two miles away! The sale runs through midnight on December 18th, 2020.

Lastly, if you haven't already, you might just want to sign up for my email newsletter by scrolling waaaay down to the bottom of this page. Subscribers got an early start to all of the sale items I just mentioned. It's basically the only email I send out each year, so you don't need to worry about being spammed into 2021.

Our woodshed! I couldn't just paint it one flat color! I'm an artist!

The last few weeks have been a whirlwind. Putting the finishing touches on a whole bunch of diminutive pieces for my gallery, the annual Small Works show and a holiday pop-up shop at WREN in Bethlehem going on in December. I've been working on improving the pictures of framed pieces in my gallery so you can clearly see how great they look all framed up and don't have to wonder! I delivered one truly gigantic and three itty-bitty paintings to Bryan Memorial Gallery in Vermont for their "Gems and GIANTS". Buttoning up the house for the chilly weather to come has been a priority. Stacking wood in the woodshed my husband and I built (and I painted) this fall has been pretty gratifying (I couldn't just paint it one color! I'm an artist!!).

I hope you, too, have been up to good things this fall, and that you are all safe and healthy. Take care of each other and be well.
