"Mid-Acre Meadow," 8x8 inch framed oil on panel painting (SOLD)
Regular price
There's a gorgeous old farm, called Midacre Farm, in my town that I drive by often. It used to be a dairy farm, though the cows are long gone now. The sweeping pastures and fields remain, however, running from the road down a long slope to the woods below. You can see the whole Presidential Range from here, plus a broad swath of peaks in the Pemigewasset Wilderness. I chose this little slice of the view at sunset with pastel clouds overhead, and the mountains lit with the slanting light of evening.
