New England's mountains offer not only a challenge, with our rocky, steep trails, but views of green pastures and hills as far as the eye can see. Picking out the details of distance peaks and signs of life below is one of the joys of a summer hike. This particular scene is taken from Mount Hunger in Vermont, where Camel's Hump can be seen in the distance.
