Along the Camel Trail, square blank greeting card
The Camel Trail is a lovely, above-treeline shortcut along the side of Mount Washington in the White Mountain National Forest of New Hampshire. It's a good way to get from the AMC Lakes of the Clouds Hut over to the Davis Path and thus out to Boott Spur or closer to Tuckerman Ravine where you can find spectacular views down into the magnificent glacial cirque. It's also a nice place to hang out and paint among boulders and alpine grasses, like I did one summer on the range.
