"Cherry Pond, NH," framed 16x20 inch watercolor & ink (SOLD)
Pondicherry Wildlife Refuge is one of the prettiest spots in the White Mountains region. After walking, biking, skiing or snowshoeing down a flat stretch of old railroad bed you emerge beside a beautiful stretch of water ringed by balsam, spruce and hardwoods, but the blazing orange of tamaracks in the fall are the most striking. This beautiful stretch of bog and water looks out over lovely Mount Martha. Ducks and marsh birds skim by, fluffy clouds float over, and you are worlds away in a beautiful, wild setting.
