I have now painted this scene three times: twice in oils and this one in watercolors and ink. I just could not get enough of sunbeams on this rain-swollen brook along a trail in the White Mountain National Forest. The mossy rocks, humid air from recent rain, and sparkling water were just right that day to create this magical scene.

All paintings framed with glass are packed and shipped with the utmost care. First, a layer of foam-core is affixed over the front of the piece. Multiple layers of bubble wrap surround the entire painting before the it is sealed in a sturdy box. I mark the package as fragile and make sure my shipper is aware of the delicate contents.
